TERMS AND CONDITIONS
YOLI’S AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between Clever Cubs Tutoring (“the Tutor”) and
the parent/guardian/client (“the Client”) for tutoring services provided. All enrolments are based on
a 12-month contract.
2. Registration
- All learners must be fully registered before attending any tutoring session.
- Registration forms must be completed honestly and accurately.- A once-off
registration fee (if applicable) is non-refundable.
3. Fees and Payments
- Tutoring fees are payable monthly in advance, on or before the 1st of every month.
- No learner will be allowed to attend classes if payment is outstanding for more than 7 days.
- Payments are non-refundable, including when a learner misses classes for personal reasons.
- Late payments may result to learner not permitted to attending classes.
4. Contract Duration
- All tutoring services are offered on a 12-month contract basis (January–December).
- Fees remain payable during the contract period regardless of attendance.
5. Attendance and Punctuality
- Learners must arrive on time for each session.
- Missed sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded unless the cancellation is made by the Tutor.
- If the Tutor cancels a session, it will be rescheduled or credited the following month.
6. Code of Conduct
- Learners must behave respectfully and follow instructions during sessions.
- Disruptive behaviour or damage to property may result in termination of tutoring services.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety of learners before and after class times.
7. Homework and Progress
The Tutor provides support and extra practice, but improvement depends on the learner’s own
effort. The Tutor does not guarantee grade improvement.
8. Communication
Communication will take place through WhatsApp, email, or phone during business hours.
Parents must inform the Tutor of any learning difficulties, medical issues, or special needs.
9. Collection and Drop-off
Parents must ensure punctual drop-off and pick-up. The Tutor is not responsible for learners
outside class times.
10. Safety and Liability
The Tutor ensures a safe environment but is not liable for injuries, loss of property, or incidents
before/after class.
11. Termination of Services
- Standard termination requires one month’s written notice.
12. Use of Learning Materials
All worksheets and activities are for personal use only and may not be copied or shared.
13. Privacy and Confidentiality
Personal information is kept confidential. Photos/videos will only be used with permission.
